The Salter Carbon Steel Pan For Life is preseasoned with a unique PTFE-free wax layer, which is key to preparing healthier food packed with flavour and features a patina coating that seals in seasoning every time. Induction hob suitable, the griddle pan is safe to use in the oven and with metal utensils; wash away the protective wax layer with warm, soapy water before use and dry thoroughly on a warm hob before building up the non-stick coating with a little oil.
