Crafted with a 200g spun bond polyester base, this mineral cap sheet delivers superior tensile strength (890 N/50mm longitudinally and 590 N/50mm transversely) and flexibility. It performs exceptionally in extreme conditions, offering watertight protection, tear resistance, and cold bend flexibility down to -5°C. The sheet measures 26.25 ft (8m) x 3.28 ft (1m) and weighs 63.93 lbs (29 kg). Installation is simple—cut to size and use a torch to adhere it to the roof. For best results, pair it with our Sanded Capsheet Underlay. Store upright on a dry surface above 10°C to maintain optimal performance.
