The Morus Nigra Black Mulberry, is a gorgeous tree/large bush we highly recommend. These trees are highly attractive, with the quite large, heart-shaped, lush green leaves growing above a gnarled, rugged trunk. The domed, rounded habit of this tree gives it an architectural appearance, a brilliant tree to be grown as a specimen in the middle of the lawn. A tree which is to be admired for its outstanding beauty. That is not all. This tree is also a fruit bearer, producing crops of delicious, sweet tasty mulberries, similar in shape to the raspberry. The fruits mature slowly over the summer months, fully ripe fruits are very attractive, very dark-red to black in colour. Mulberries can be eaten raw or cooked and are great for jams. A tree not to be missed, ideal for any garden or container growing. Self-fertile. You will receive 1 very healthy fruit tree plant growing in a 3 litre pot and is approx 3-4ft tall.

All the Plants in the selection are very easy to grow and can be grown in any garden in full sun or semi shade. They will all be fully hardy and can be left outside in the garden all year round.
