Cherry Laurel, Common Laurel, Prunus Rotundifolia, no matter what you call it, Laurel is possibly the UK's favourite and most well known hedging tree, why? Because laurel a fantastic, easy to grow, all year round interest, bushy evergreen hedging plant, which has glossy deep green, large, leaves and will create an amazing privacy hedge for any garden. They are fast growing, growing upto approx 2ft+ per year. Laurels can be cut multiple times per year if required, but a simple autumn cut once a year will keep them at your desired height, whether it's a 4ft tall hedge, or an 8ft tall hedge you require. Will grow in all gardens in any position and are also shade tolerant. We will deliver direct to you, a full pallet of 20 high quality, extra large, 6 years old established rootball hedging trees which are approximately 5-6ft tall. The trees are not pre-dug and stored in bulk. Instead, they are freshly dug from the field when you place an order. The reason for fresh digging is to prevent damage and drying out. The trees will be delivered within 7-10 working days via a kerbside pallet delivery service, either to your home or a site you specify.

A rootball tree is a field-grown plant that has been cultivated for several years to develop into an extra-large, established bush or tree, perfect for those who want instant-effect gardening. Dug directly from the field with the roots and soil left perfectly intact, the "rootball" is then wrapped in a biodegradable hessian sack. Simply plant the tree with the sack left on the rootball and water regularly for the first year for a beautiful, instant hedge - a true investment for your garden. There is no strict rule for planting distances. However, we suggest planting 1 or 2 trees per meter for an instant-effect hedge. The closer you plant, the faster your hedge will establish - it's that simple. But if you don't mind waiting a little longer for them to grow together, planting them a bit further apart will work just fine.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
