FOR COLD USE: 1. Place the product in a plastic bag and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until desired temperature is achieved. 2. Apply to desired area using the fabric side against the skin. 3. Use for up to 20 minuets at a time FOR HOT USE: 1. Heat in a microwave for a maximum of 15 seconds for 500-750 watt microwaves and a maximum of 10 seconds for 800-1000 watt microwaves. 2. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before use. 3. Apply to desired area using the fabric side against the skin. 4. Apply for up to 20 mins at a time.
